What is a "seat"? +
A seat is any active user in your organisation account. Deactivating a user frees the seat immediately. System admins, project managers, and team members all count equally.
Is there a free plan? +
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 3 seats — no credit card required. All features are included. Upgrade to Growth when you add a fourth team member.
Is my data stored in the EU? +
Yes. All data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner Cloud). We are GDPR-compliant, offer a signed DPA on request, and never transfer data to US-based subprocessors.
Can I export my data? +
Yes. Any user can download a complete JSON export of their personal data from the Account page at any time. Projects can be exported to Excel or PDF.
What happens if I exceed my seat limit? +
The app blocks adding new users and shows an upgrade prompt. Existing users are never locked out. Just upgrade your plan to add more seats.
Is there an Enterprise plan with custom pricing? +
